Bd1 Platform Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1General Introduction & Nature of Agreement

Bd1.plus ("bd1", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bd1 and you ("User").

By registering or using bd1's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bd1's services.

These Terms & Conditions are part of bd1's Privacy Policy & Responsible Gaming Policy- together form a complete user agreement.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bd1, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. bd1 strictly prohibits the registration of minors.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use bd1.

Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is your own responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact bd1 Support immediately.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following transaction rules apply on bd1:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name — whether mobile banking, e-wallet, or bank transfer, it must belong to the account holder.
• Depositing via a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will be investigated and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on bd1's payments page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 24–72 hours to process. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bd1 strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. bd1 is legally obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on bd1 are governed by the following general rules:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — typically 20 to 50 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals are only available after the required wagering has been completed.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time. You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active, unless otherwise specified.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• During bonus play, some games may contribute at a lower percentage toward wagering requirements — for example, slots at 100% but table games at only 10%.
• Bd1 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus with a stated reason.

5Betting & Gaming Policy

The following rules apply when using bd1's gaming services:

• The outcome of all slots and casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If incorrect odds are displayed in Sports Betting due to a technical error, bd1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the cash-out feature.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error on bd1 will be considered void and will be corrected.

The same policy applies to Fish Games, crash games, and other arcade-style games. The outcome of all games is transparent and verifiable.

6Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd1 and will result in immediate action upon detection:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempt to manipulate the system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using stolen or illegally obtained funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to collude with other players to influence game outcomes.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Bd1 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Bd1 lets you set deposit limits, session time limits, and betting limits.
• If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option — you can suspend your account for a set period or permanently.
• If bd1 detects suspicious activity, it may proactively impose protective restrictions on the account.

8Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Bd1 is fully committed to protecting your personal data. For details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy- as described.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and security purposes.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed when required by government authorities or legal obligations.

9Account Closure & Termination

Users may request account closure at any time through bd1 support. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Bd1 may unilaterally close an account for any of the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Engaging in fraud or prohibited activities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (24 months or more) may be closed.

10Legal Matters, Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws under which bd1 is registered. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.

Bd1 shall not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or disruptions to third-party services.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, or government orders.

If any provision becomes unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining terms will continue to apply. These terms were drafted in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
